I and my fellow Directors are pleased to offer you an opportunity to view our Businesss Concept which we believe is new to Australia. This Concept was developed over 3 years and has now reached a significant milestone.
The news of our proposal has sparked so much Community and News Media interest that I have appeared twice on T.V. in relation to the approvals and indeed the last appearance was to confirm the unanimous approval by Council. There have been many Newspaper front page articles welcoming the Brewery Resort.
The Federal Government has commitment to $1.4 BILLION in funding of the Pacific Highway upgrade and now that the R.T.A. has brought forward $400 million of that funding to ensure the Interchange at Bulahdelah is done as soon as possible has been tremendous news for us the Directors and current shareholders in this development.
Offering a diverse range of skills, a desire for great product development and vast experience in property, finance, legal, and marketing and perhaps most importantly an understanding of premium beer trends in international markets, the Board and it's associated advisors have designed a business model that would seek to establish a Regional Development of significance.
The Australian Tourism and premium beer market have both grown;

I am proud to say that I have been fortunate enough to have been awarded a Gold in the boutique beer recipe area for a Chilli Beer at the International Melbourne Show in 2004.

The need for quality accommodation outside Sydney but within easy reach (2 hours) is increasing.
The Company is now seeking to take the business development of Brewery, Hotel, Convention Centre with Wedding Chapel/gardens and associated bars and restaurants to the next stage by raising funds to allow continuation of the final stages to Construction Certificate (CC). This stage of funding will also allow us to commence Civil works and preliminary road works and complete settlement on land as well as initiate the first stages of marketing.
